Not so much me but my OH.

He only stays with me at the weekend for two nights, but he seems to have trouble sleeping. He was really restless last week, and was figeting which then woke me up.

I understand him when he says that its because its not his bed, but I would like him to rest easily when hes at mine for the short time.

Is there anything we can do for him to get a good nights sleep? Theres nothing worse than being tired when youre trying to spend some quality time together!
