Hi Ladies Sorry I haven't caught up for a while - been having a major dose of the misery's. ![]() I have been feeling that "why bother" feeling and I have just had a good listen to pmk and "surprise " I do feel better. ![]() It was so hard to make myself put on the earphones and listen, but after only a few minutes I felt calmer and more postitive. Does anybody else find that this is helping to give them more confidence in their personal life too? I really feel its true, if you only look at the negative - all you will see is the negative, it is really worth forcing yourself to look for the good in things. ![]() There ends my ramble and I just wanted to say that if you haven't listened to pmk for a while - do so today, it does help Gilley xx ps, following on from yesterday's post - I have just started drinking Twinings morning detox tea and I'd reccomend it for a pep up first thing. |
