My OH suffers with this too, we think its a side effect of the blood pressure medication he takes - he has high blood pressure.
Not sure of what might help but I'm interested to see if anyone else has some tips because its something that really bothers OH.
I know when I was pregnant I suffered & was always putting my feet up at any opportunity to relieve them.
