Hi Violet, No my first class was last week as well!I posted on this thread about it. We start off relaxing (when I struggle not to doze off!) then exercise our eyes, neck & shoulders. Then we do stretches and some balancing. Thats when we did "trees" you stand on one leg and put the other foot on your leg and balance. Did you have to stand on your head - or attempt to! Bluebella |
