Hi,just joining you all.Hopefully will have my Pmk book and Cd in a day or so.I've just joined Mangetout and decided to avoid bread for a week.I know that's not really what pmk is about but think it will make me make more of an effort to eat a healthy diet rather than just reaching for bread. I need to increase the exercise I do because I realise thats vital for me to keep my weight down. Dec |
