I'm not sure about all these different names for yoga so not sure which one I'm doing! I did ask and she said some name and pointed to a picture of an old man, so I'm not much wiser!
What sort of things did you have to do? Did you do the nose breathing I was saying about?
We did quite a few exercises that I'd done in pilates.
Did you have to do a tree balance? And chant Hommmmmm at the end???
