I came off HRT for various reasons and don't really have severe symptoms now but could still do with a bit of help for various symptoms.
I use Replens Md for Vaginal dryness and that has helped where everything else has failed.I'd definitely recommend that to anyone with problems.It can be bought on line and from Chemists.It is also available on prescription.Hope that might help someone.
