Re: Ladycare magnet, have you tried it and with what results?

First of all, they are not cheap at £19.95, and there does seem to be no medical reason why they should work, but after being offered HRT by the doctor and being unsure whether or not to try it, I decided to give the magnet a try.

There is a list of symtoms on the box so I'll go through them:

Less (sic) hot flushes and night sweats - Yes, I've noticed a marked improvement.
Less bloating - I didn't really have a problem before
More restful sleep - Yes
Weight loss - I'm a Flabuless Forummer!
More confidence - I was confident before!
Better controlled emotions - No
Increased energy - Yes
Improved skin tone - Not that I've noticed
Irritability gone - NO BL**DY WAY!
Less vaginal dryness - I'm using a different product for that so I can't say if the improvement is down to Ladycare.

The biggest improvement for me has been in terms of the flushes and night sweats and general temperature control. I am feeling more energetic but then I've just had a holiday. I will say that as soon as I started wearing it I felt calmer, and apparently the assistants (of a certain age) in the Boot's branch where mine was bought swear by it!
