Re: depression

Read your post with much sympathy. Have recently moved from one area to another in the UK, sort of 'Hobsons choice' as my husband had to get another job because a 100 mile round trip to work each day was killing him. To cut a long story short, please do think about going to the docs and getting anti-depressants. I do appreciate other views about herbal and I have tried St. John's Wort before to good effect but this time I was so down and depressed that I went on tablets from my doc (female) who was wonderful. They have transformed me, honestly. I now just feel normal instead of miserable. They have got me over the hurdle of the move until things settled down which I am sure they will eventually for you. It's just hard to go through the upheaval bit and you need some help. I was embarassed at saying I was depressed, very silly now I realise, but when you're in that state, you can't help yourself.
Things will get better for you eventually, hang on in there and ask for help.
Good luck!
