Read your post with much sympathy. Have recently moved from one area to another in the UK, sort of 'Hobsons choice' as my husband had to get another job because a 100 mile round trip to work each day was killing him. To cut a long story short, please do think about going to the docs and getting anti-depressants. I do appreciate other views about herbal and I have tried St. John's Wort before to good effect but this time I was so down and depressed that I went on tablets from my doc (female) who was wonderful. They have transformed me, honestly. I now just feel normal instead of miserable. They have got me over the hurdle of the move until things settled down which I am sure they will eventually for you. It's just hard to go through the upheaval bit and you need some help. I was embarassed at saying I was depressed, very silly now I realise, but when you're in that state, you can't help yourself. Things will get better for you eventually, hang on in there and ask for help. Good luck! |
