Good morning ladies - I am full of a cold today. OH gave me his man flu but obviously it is down graded to a cold when it reaches me

Great post Foxie,very true. I've never felt so involved before. Nothing has ever worked in quite the way this has. I am not fixating on any foods (or wine!) and I know that at any time I can ask you ladies a question or just ask for support and it is always there. I'm not even obsessing about my weight, I'm just enjoying feeling better.
