hola Ladies I am so glad you posted Chick even thought you are feeling unwell ,i did not have an idea in my head today, I do try to listen to my body most of the time especillly about sleep Ineed a lot of it. Food wise I am still finding it hard to onlyeat when I am hungry and stop when I am full. I am good at lstening to nice things !! for instance today while I was on the beach my body told me to have a Magnum and I did it was lovely 315 calories but I only ate half the SF had the rest |
