Hi again Mrs Hinge, first hair, now diets, our paths seem to keep crossing today.
I've done W/W and it's a really effective way of losing weight, maintaining the weight loss is a different matter altogether but that's the case with any diet isn't it?
Are you on the correct number of points - worth double checking? If this is your first week then maybe you are just adjusting to eating less. I felt hungry at times but never faint so not sure what to suggest about that. Maybe choose foods that have a lower GI so less fluctuation in blood sugar (good for lowering cholesterol too I think).
The PMK advice sounds good and I'm going to look in to that myself. Whatever method of weight loss you decide - good luck and stick with it.
