Re: Weight Loss

Hi Mrs Hinge - that's really good advice from Mar5ha. I decided in August that I really needed to lose weight, but wanted to avoid dieting at all costs (I was really obsessive about it in my 30s and didn't want to be sucked into that kind of scenario again). I put out a cry for help on this forum and was encouraged to join the Flabuless Forumers. The good news is that with the support of the lovely ladies on here, I've managed to lose 10 lbs - I am eating whatever I want, just less of it and ONLY eating when hungry and stopping when not hungry. This is a method advocated by a well known hypnotist who we refer to as PMK. It has been a revelation to me and I can honestly say I don't feel as if I'm dieting or denying myself anything.

You can DO it. I always tell myself that I didn't put the weight on overnight and so I don't expect to lose it overnight either. I do hope that it will stay off forever!
