Thanks everybody - I feel so much more positive and cheerful than I did this morning. Bought two new lippies and a pair of shoes. I have the PMK book and cd somewhere, so I'll dig them out and give it another go. Do we weigh in one week or two? I'll be on holiday in two, but only for a week so hopefully wont do too much damage.
