I love Yoga. I have been doing Hatha yoga for about 10 months. It is my me time. It gives you a great work out working on all muscles. I do it at home with the help of a DVD by Leah Bracknell, you can work at your own pace to your own level. I t is amazing what a different it makes in just 2 weeks if you do a bit each day. I have been to classes before and they help as the instructor is there to make sure you are doing it properly. It doesn't matter what shape or level of fitness you are as you can work at your own pace. I would highly recommend it. Its up to you what type of Yoga you do they are all quite similar and will all give you a good work out. If you do it at home, I would recommend you get a yoga mat as it is painful to slip in the middle of a stretch (the voice of experience talking!!) There are lots of classes available and amazon has a good selection of DVD's (read the reviews) Good luck and let us know how you get on. Kate x |
