good morning ladies Probably not the nicest of subjects to discuss but it has been on my ind lately "you are what you eat" two weeks ago I went on a short holiday to the North of Spain it was wonderful and so was the food, but very different to what I am used to eating , In Santiago the food is more like Irish food lots of bread delicious potatoes lots of starch meat fried food ,it was all lovely and I enjoyed every bit what I did not enjoy was being constipated and I was for about 4 days, I started to eat fruit and it was better ,as soon as I came back home and got back to my usual Mediterranean Diet I was back to normal and felt so much better , this week end it has been the opposite I think I ate something that did not agree with me and have spent most of the weekend running back and forth to the loo. So I am hoping that one thing will even out the other and when I stand on the scales tomorrow I will not have a nasty surprise . so ladies lets remember we are what we eat and lets eat only good healthy food , have a lovely Sunday all of you beseosxxxxxMaria |
