April Good luck to you in your new regime. I am starting a similar thing but it will have to wait until after my girls weekend next week. My plan is healthier eating, more exercise and (hopefully) no wine! My target is 14lb weight loss by christmas. I need to lose considerably more but that's my starting target. Also, cutting back on spending which isn't so much a choice thing more a neccessity (sp). Anyway, feel free to pm me and let me know how you are getting on. I will post my targets next Monday. If nothing else it might help me keep on track. |
