my mum started herbalife last monday......its meal replacments...she is finding it ok and the lady who came to her house to weigh her was lovely really supportive....my mum has gone away no till later in the week but i will let you know what she has lost when she copmes back......i was going to try it but i thought id see how well mum does 1st. ....im doing my own detox at the min cuttin out all processed foods on day 2 and have a blinding headache..but am told its to be expected.
