The simplest method I know really works but you have to be patient as the weight loss is little by little: Eat breakfast Eat lunch (sandwich or a salad) Eat dinner (a normal meal, not too big not too small) Use your stairs a lot. As long as you eat sensible amounts of decent food, and do not at any time eat anything in between, it works. Really. That means even if you go out for a drink you cannot ever eat a peanut or crisps, no prawn crackers at the chinese restaurant, no biscuits with your tea and no bread before you eat a meal at a restaurant (you wouldn't do that at home anyway). This sounds like a lot of "no's" but really you will get used to it and it becomes a way of life. The best thing is that you really look forward to your meals and people start to wonder how you keep the weight off when they see you eating and enjoying it. I fell off the wagon some time ago but I am now doing this again myself. x |
