Good afternoon everyone, Im up now thanks to anne, I heard the 10-9-8- WAKE UP, across the waves!!, Ive slept really well actually, just as well, Im back on again tonight.

What a lovely thread to read, Im sooo impressed with everyones progress, your all doing so well, what with the eating out and exercise/swimming and DVDs, it all makes for fantastic reading, well done everyone.

I managed to get thro the night without a binge in sight, so Im cured !, well and truly off the slippery slope, big thanks to all you girls for that.
