Hi ladies

I too listen lying flat on my back on the bed. Unfortunately I can usually hear quite alot of noise from downstairs with the two dogs and D and Oh and S all getting up to mischief. I haven't fallen asleep during it but I do feel incredibly relaxed afterwards. To be fair to my family if I specifically say I'm going upstairs to listen to my CD they do try to keep the noise down..

Just to finish on a nice story...
I am going to a retirement do this lunchtime but had to come in to work early for a few hours. So I was up early and got ready and thought I didn't look too bad. Just as I was leaving the house OH came downstairs and said "you look stunning!" not just nice but "STUNNING"

.... guess who went to work with a smile on her face...
