Morning everyone I usually lie on the settee it's a recliner and my cat then comes and sit's on my knee, I too fall asleep in the middle. I had a really good day yesterday very controling on my part eating slow and enjoying every mouthful.My day off today I am going shopping,swimming and will listen to PMK cd sunny here this morning even got the back door open.
