Blooomin weight!!! I recently did the Weight Watchers points plan ( but did it unofficially at home). What I realised is that if i just cut my portions of everything by one quarter I lose weight. I lost 13 lbs with little suffering and still managed to drink Baileys!!!! Don't do Atkins - really bad for you. Have you seen 'You are what you eat'? Its true when you think about it, so only eat the things that you want inside you ... and cut the portions. I am managing to maintain by eating slightly less than I used to. Still haven't broken through the 11 stone barrier though! Mind you I have gone down from a size 16 to a 14. Gillybeeee
