So,sorry to hear you are unwell.Molly I'm afraid these types of coughs have a nasty habit of being very persistent. I know that it is July!!,but have you got your heating on at all? This could be drying up the atmosphere. A bowl of cold water by the radiator may overcome this. I was in hospital last year and had the same thing, eventually nurse appeared by my bed with a small plastic container which had very warm Benylin in it.(To my knowledge nothing else,)and that certainly did the trick. At home I use Vick on my chest and throat,plus lavendar spray on my pillow.It usually works as well. Get better soon annemari x |
