I'm glad I've just had tea - otherwise reading these posts would make me feel really hungry! The ideas sound delicious. I'm going to start assembling a collection of little pots! I am taking more care over what I eat - I've always eaten lots of fruit, but am trying to make sure that I get at least a day, or more, and I've taken your idea Honeybunny about mixing the colours. If I'm on my own, rather than just grabbing a sandwich, I try to arrange something attractively on the plate and take time over eating it. I'm also finding that my appetite is much smaller. I had another working lunch today - a buffet, but this one had lots of fruit, raw vegetables, chicken pieces and prawns, as well as sandwiches - it was great to be able to skip the latter and enjoy the fresh healthy things. |
