Good morning girls, its brilliant reading all your posts, this really is a life changing experiencs isnt it? I just wish we had done this years ago.

I love eating healthy foods, I have never done so well before, more fruit than I have ever eaten, heaps of fresh veg and fish too. I bought fresh salmon steaks yesterday, and had one of them for my supper, OH doesnt like fish very much, but from now on, its not going to stop me eating it, I just steamed it over my new potatoes, perfect, it doesnt get any easier than that.

I do little pots too honey, I take some fresh pineapple, usually some sort of pasta salad, and sprouted beans, and seeds, all in different little pots, I always take a banana, apple and a muller light yoghurt with me too, well, it is a 12 hour shift!!

To be honest girls, I dont leave food on my plate that often, only when I have had enough and feel full. I use a much smaller plate tho, a breakfast plate which suits my portion size much better.

I am also really enjoying exercising again too, 40 mins on my stepper 3 times a week, and a 5 mile walk with a friend twice a week. I feel like Im investing this time for my future health and well being, I dont want to be a dangerous apple shape any longer!!

I am so proud of you all, well done, I am really pleased you are getting something out of this experience.
