Good morning everyone. Now that we are into over 100 days, how is your resolve? If you are feeling that your weight loss is slow, think about the long term. Are you feeling deprived at all? I'm not, unlike other times when I've been on a diet. It's no more diets for me, just a changed attitude to food. Are you eating the best food you can afford? Instead of eating lots of junk, enjoy smaller quantities of quality foods. Buy nothing that says diet on the label.
