hi issi, that's good to know about black cohosh. I don't know anyone else who's taken it, but I admit the bad press put me off a bit. I will be prepared to give it a go now. Some herbal remedies are supposed to have side effects, but let's face it, so do regular medicines! Just out of interest, how long did you take it for and how quickly did it work?
