3 stone (ish) for me too although having lost 10lb it's now much nearer 2 stone (that sounds so good!). I'm really trying to be under 12 stone for the next weigh-in - that's a really big mile stone for me as I've not been there for about 4 year (every time I've lost a few pounds in the last few years I've not managed to break that barrier).
