Hi Everyone - I think I may have found the answer to my nibbling problem and it may help you, too. I bought some quite strong tasting olives and, last night, when I got home and was about to go into 'Nibbling Phase', I ate a couple and I found that the flavour (which I enjoyed) put me off thinking of other food. Perhaps that's the answer - to eat something with a really strong, savoury flavour? I don't know whether that would work for everyone, but I think it may for me. (You probably think I am obsessed with olives - I seem to mention them so often!) Hope you're all having a good weekend - did you enjoy your mini cornettos valaber? xx |
