Re: Less food more weight !

Just remembered something. My mother in law is 84 years old and looks a good ten years younger, and is very fit - she can still kick her legs in the air and dance around a room, and she goes out every day. When she was 64 she started going to an exercise class for exactly the reason we are all complaining. She could see her figure was going to pot (literally!). She absolutely hates exercise but for the last 20 years she has rarely missed a session, once a week. Very, very slowly her figure improved and her fitness along with it. She did cut down on her eating but not as much as you would think. She still goes to the same class. I remember it did take a year or two but the benefits were huge and still are.
