Good morning and congratulations to you all, mjm....I've just been reading all your posts regarding your weight and like Flutterfly I'd be really interested to know how you all did it? I eat healthly (most of the time) and I try to exercise....I walk a lot, do yoga and tai chi but I just can't get rid of my spare type or muffin top as its now called!! I think my age has probably got something to do with it (that's my excusese) ![]() I'd appreciate some help please
