Maybe your dieting has been too strict - I remember years ago I went to Weight Watchers and I had been really good and I lost no weight and they told me that I hadnt eaten enough. Well at the time I thought that was rubbish but all these years on (and many many diets later) I realise they were right. Its not how much you eat, its what you eat. The vibration machines are not a weight loss thing, they are good for toning up. There is a website showing lots of exercises for the machine but I dont know what its called. Anyway its something you have to stick to but I know I drop inches when I stick with it so good luck! |
