Great ideas for food mjm, thank you and honeybunny, the thought of that stew is making me hungry! I know that feeling tired is my downfall - I've resolved to deal with it more sensibly - partly by recognising that if you're tired, the bet thing to do is not eat, but rest, but also that if a qucik fix is necessary, "superfoods" are the way to do it! Ive just stocked up on muesli and alos microwavable porridge - not as nice as the real stuff, but easy to prepare and very filling! Have a lovely trip SL! |
