Hi mjm, Thanks for compiling all that great information about energy foods. I have read in a magazine that one of the best types of food to eat for your skin are dark coloured ones eg blueberries, red grapes, blackberries, purple plums, strawberries & raspberries. Apparently, these are best for skin regeneration and are very effective against free radicals. I will try anything that stops me feeling hungry and looking wrinkled!!!!!! Anne xx |
