Well mjm, that is certaintly "food for thought" pardon the pun. You have inspired me and I am going to try and make a mung bean stew today. I have heard of these little critters but have steered clear as I am not sure I would like them. Anyway it is dreadful weather here in Cornwall, wind, rain, mist, well you get the picture, it sounds COLD, and it looks COLD, I dont think it actually is COLD but it is as good a day to try mung bean stew as I am going to get this side of the black stump. Now I just have to venture out and source the mung beans!!
