Re: DAY 100, WEIGH IN RESULTS.

Hi everybody, and yes I am feeling well chuffed, but I still need to do it all again at least two more times!

Honeybunny, I think you are spot on when you mention bad habits. That's definitely one of my problems.

Sally, I understand what you mean about being in a rut. With me it's decluttering and sorting out my wardrobe, drawers, cupboards etc. I just cant't seem to get started. I'm sure listening to the CD will help. It didn't motivate me to get any more active, but I'm sure it has really affected my eating patterns. Quite early on, after we started, I listened to the CD every day for a fortnight, and I think that that, together with the support from all of you, is the secret of my success.

I know we all feel the weight loss can sometimes be slow, so I've been doing my sums:

When we started, I was losing 4lbs every two weeks.
Had I kept that up for a year, I'd have lost 7st 6lb.
That's almost all of my lovely DIL!
Later, I went down to 2lbs every two weeks.
Had I kept that up for a year, I'd have lost 3st 10lb.
That's quite a big dog!
Finally, I've been losing 1lb every two weeks.
If I keep that up for a year, I'll lose 1st 12lbs, and I'll be almost at my target.
One time, after I'd been on holiday, eating and drinking for the UK, I lost no pounds over two weeks.
Had I kept that up for a year, I'll still have been lighter than when I started, and I'd have been grateful not to have put any weight on!!

I am really looking forward to sharing the next 100 days with you all.
