Well done everybody, I was so pleased when I looked at the total weights and saw how much everyone has lost so far.

I seem to have got into a pattern of losing about 2 lb each time, I know I can get that down to about 2 lb a week if I was just a bit more disciplined and that is my goal for the next weigh in. I want to have lost a stone by then and when I think about it, it is so easily achievable as I now have changed my eating habits so much, In fact, it got me thinking and I was wondering, What took me so long to get into this mindset before now? Was it just that i was lazy and took the easy option of a ready meal? Was it just that I was too lazy to do any exercise, or was it just that over the years bad habits set in? I would be interested to find out what you think.

Many, many, congratulations everybody, you all deserve a big pat on the back, and to mjm, we could not have done it without you, and here we go again, Im loving it!!!
