Hi fingerpie, I'm sorry but you can't be given the passowrd if you're not a member - it contravenes all sorts of rules. Have a look at the slimming world message board on Ivillage.co.uk - so informative. People will look up syn values for you and there's always new recipes and lists of different free foods etc.
