Yes I was a little sceptical of this sort of thing, but I love it when my SIL gives me a head massage and Reiki.
This weekend Im busy busy busy so hoping I will be too busy for food, as I have not been up for PMK much. Expecting a weight gain in a way, but dont mind as have'nt been the best lately, most of my eating ends with "too hell with it, Im starving" although I have strangely been complimented by various people about my weight loss???

So good luck everyone and keep at it no matter what your weight says, the exercise is worth it.
