What have you all been up to this morning and what have you eaten so far today?? I had 2 pieces of toasted fruit bread and jam, with my cappuccino, I did 25 mins on my stepper, Ate a banana, And for my lunch I had a Muller light yoghurt, with fresh chopped strawberries, grapes and an apple and a sprinkle of muesli, yummy!! Ive also drank about 4 glasses of water so far. |
