Morning all another hot hot day here in Paradise I am about to go to the pool to do my widths , them I`ve two apartment to clean and do all the washing and ironing

, but I am going out to lunch .
not a great day for me yesterday was good until the evening then I went shopping sales have started could not find anything................. so went to the local Chinese and ate loats and drank quiet al lot too, came home and had two big slices of
but at least there is no more in the freezer to tempt me .
