Hi, I can recommend pulsatilla from either Nelsons homeopathic range or boots now do their own. I was very ill post hysterectomy at age of 38 and was unable to start on HRT post operatively.I fell straight into a terrible menopause and my hot flushes consisted of 15 t-shirt changes a night and you could have rung them out too! No fun at all.
My sister researched it for me and pulsatilla was my saving grace and i can't recommend it enough.
Many of my friends are now taking it and think like me it is the best of the homeopathic treatments.
Give it a try you can get 7C or 30 C, go for the 30c and follow the directions. You then carry them round with you and the minute you feel a flush starting you pop two under your tongue and it stops the flush straight away.
