Well done everyone! I think the main reason I lost 6 lbs this time is that I have stopped making food the most important thing in my life, and have actually stopped thinking about it all the time- following PMK - and spending more time being busy and active and away from the fridge. I also had a tummy bug and lost my appetite too- plus got word my school is being inspected by HMIE in two weeks-enough to put anyone off their food!!!
