Good morning girls, its a lovely morning here today. My OH and I are going on a bike ride this morning, it was going to be tomorrow, but not going to take any chances with the weather. If you just keep moving, the finish line will show up sooner or later. The world record holder for the 1,000-mile endurence run and a physical mastery "guru" was asked, how he had geared up mentally, for the equivalent of nearly 40 continuous marathons. He had replied: "I never ran 1,000 miles- I cant even conceive of runny 1,000 miles. All I did was run 1 mile a thousand times" Do you believe you could lose one pound this week, by continuing to eat when you are hungry and stopping when you are full? If you can, congratulations- you WILL reach your goal! Good luck with the weekend girls, I hope you are doing something nice, and moving your body just that little bit more, "remember step by step". |
