Ive done my bouncing now Perry, Ive got a river running front and back, I know, TOO MUCH information!!!

I am not sure bouncing would be a good idea Valaber, I feel my knees a bit once Ive done 45 mins, its meant to be less impact than jogging, but I think walking remains the safest for you, or Pilates would be even better.
