Thanks Christina, my walk is 5 miles, up hill down dale, so 10,000 steps thats not bad is it, and all in 1 hour, how fast does that make me??

I am just about to go and join Cher for a bounce.

Does anyone know what you are meant to eat before you exercise, how long before, and what to eat afterwards, for maximum effect??
