Morning girls, Its a lovely sunny morning here today, a bit nippy still tho, Another successful night, I am off until next Wednesday night now, so plenty of time to get myself organised for next Friday, when we hit the M6. It has been discovered that there was a difference of only 1,500-2,000 steps taken a day, between people who are over weight and those who kept a healthy weight. It may sound a lot, but it really is not that far at all. Get creative and think of some ways in which you could step up your physical activity today.
