Hi,I use Menopace Plus. It must be the 'Plus' pack as the second tablet contains sage extract which is supposed to stop the flushes. All I can say is it seems to work for me. I buy mine in Tesco or Boots the Chemist. Good luck, they are pricey but worth a try.
