Well done! If you do half an hour a day, in a couple of weeks you will really start to notice the difference in how you feel. I've got two dogs that I take for two walkies a day, 20 minutes at lunchtime and then 45 minutes late afternoon. Sometimes I really don't feel like it, but I always feel better afterwards!!

Don't overdo it though, 30 minutes a day is a very good start!

You could always get a dog!!
